Had a nice stay with great views of the canal. The staff was super nice and went out of their way to help us out with dinner spots. The breakfast was simple but fine. Just a heads up, if you're in a lower room, the noise can be pretty distracting at night. But overall, a cozy spot.

I loved staying in such a cozy area, just a few steps to amazing cafes and within walking distance to the beautiful Anne Frank House, making my weekend explorations incredibly enjoyable.

Noise from the A/C motors directly above the room was a constant distraction, making restful sleep challenging. The lack of sufficient towels and basic supplies made the stay feel lacking, especially for the price paid. Breakfast options were disappointingly limited and didn’t justify the steep fee, leaving me searching elsewhere for meal choices. The bathroom poorly drained after showers, which became an inconvenience over the stay.

However, the noise levels in the evening were disruptive to my sleep.

The rooms are tiny!!! It’s a hassle to navigate the steep stairs with luggage, and the a/c barely cools the room. Poor quality towels and inconsistent cleanliness are disappointing!!! Expect minimal amenities given the price!!!

The Times offered a fantastic location just a short walk from the city center and nearby attractions. The staff was exceptionally helpful in assisting with my needs during the work seminar. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the canal, adding a nice touch to my business trip, and the modern amenities provided were quite satisfactory.

I had the most good stay in a beautiful Twin Room Canal View, waking up to fine canal scenery right outside my window. The lobby was a cozy haven, serving complimentary coffee and tea, perfect for unwinding after exploring. The staff was super helpful, always ready with great dining recommendations and local tips!
